Bought this as a gift for my husband who works in the security field on September 2nd, 2025 (started wearing them a week later) as he would rave on about how good they were in the past... Well not these. It started out tight but eventually stretched despite me purchasing a larger size for him (he's a size 12½ and I bought a size 13; previous pairs purchased from this store had never caused him any problems whatsoever). At one point he complained that it felt "airy" but at the time we found no holes or anything like that. Well today, roughly 8 months later it's busted out. Disappointing really as previous versions would last years.

Lovely boot, was so happy with them however they have started to fall to pieces after a few months use. Currently on a posting which is primarily indoors so wouldn't have much trust in them when out in the elements, such a shame

Boots are falling apart after a few months! Velcro has come away from both boots and sole coming away from the back. Unable to repair so I have to send back to get a refund so will be out of pocket buying another pair. For such a big brand name the quality is terrible.

Only had my boots 2 months and the material has ripped away from the stitching and magnum won’t replace my boots. I have to send them back to get a refund to then look at a new pair to get sent out. Other than this issue with the stitching I would give the boot 10/10 for look and comfort.

Wow. I've been working security in my town centre for 7 months now and I've only now invested in proper security boots, WHAT a difference! I didn't expect such a drastic reduction in foot pain - nearly 0.
I've been told Magnum don't lash very long but so far super impressed with the quality so hopefully they do. They look like they will and I can't see how they won't with the bottom basically being careful tyres lmao!

The boots were very comfortable to wear immediately upon arrival, and my only reason for not giving a 5 star is that some of the inside bits seemed to poke into my ankle a bit. Otherwise great: very lightweight and well padded, I look forward to testing their slip-proof and water resistance when the heatwave is over!

Bought a pair of boots which were too big on sale, the website doesn’t offer exchanges to had to simply send them back and order a new pair the next day. The sale had ended and the boots were three times the price nearly! Emailed customer service who may as well have said “tough luck”. No attempt to help. Website says they don’t offer exchanges as it’s quicker and saves disappointment, quite the opposite outcome. Out of pocket £10 for the cost of return my order.

So far these are very comfortable shoes, very light and looking the part. I like the side zip and the strong laces. I haven't tested them in any wet weather but looking forward to it. I got these at a good discount, recommend.

Excellent boot. This is my second pair. My first pair lasted for two years. I am glad they have improved the sole plate which was a let down in the originals, it could be quite slippery in certain conditions and surfaces. The new sole plate however is excellent. I got them in the sale for fifty pound which was an absolute bargain. I would highly recommend these boots.

Bought boots in the sale and had to return for a different size, however, days later the boots were £80 more expensive. Noted Magnum don’t offer exchanges so emailed the customer service team think they would surely be able to assist. Was essentially told they can’t and it’s unfortunate, end of. Currently out of pocket for the cost of returning the initial order. The website states they don’t offer exchanges as placing a new order and returning the old one is easier, evidently not.

Unfortunately I found the footbed uneven, slightly raised on the external side of the foot, as if something was in the layer of the sole.
The worst part was that after raising the issue with the customer service, they replied a default answer "please send picture of the defect"...
After further communication they finally sent me a prepaid return label.
Still waiting for the refund, despite sending it back about a week ago.
Debating whether to risk it again with another online sale purchase...
