The boots are fine, customer service is lacking. Despite several emails to customer services regarding the fit of the boot and what could ahve been a fault, I've still not received any reply. Disappointing for such a large company that I've used for years. Boots are great-customer services isn't

They’ve already started cracking on the heels. I’ve only worn them for 8 shifts so it doesn’t look like they’re going to last me as long as I’d hoped !
