Ordered these boots in size 12. When arrived on time but struggled to get on and found unable to wear due to small complained sent photos showing different in size compared to my original pair in size 12 reply was these are different style but surely size 12 is the same regardless of size and should not be rubbing due to length so have to return

These really are a comfortable boot, and can be worn all day no problems. had some stitching come undone on one boot after 12 months but nI put this down to excessive force trying to get them on and off. the side zip does absolutely nothing to aid getting them on and off and only serves to make them a little comfier whilst lounging. Love the boots but design a better lacing / zip system to ease getting them on and off. I have used and alternative lacing method which means the zip is redundant anyway.
